Terms and Conditions
A Limited Edition print means that there will only ever be a certain number of that print produced and once they are sold, there won't be any more available. When you buy a Limited Edition Matt Stewart fine art photography print, you will receive a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, to show the unique number of that print and the total edition size.
Customers are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer.
It is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact us at
Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. You may pay for your order by credit card, or by PayPal.
The customer acknowledges and understands that colours as seen on a computer monitor may not look the same as the colours on our photographic print, and no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colours on the final print exactly. Every effort is made however for accuracy.
All Matt Stewart Fine Art Photography prints are shipped from our lab in Sydney, Australia.
Prints are shipped 3 business days after payment has been received.
We prefer to send all of our prints domestically with Australia Post Express and internationally with DHL Express couriers.
For prints shipped domestically, delivery is estimated within 3-5 days. Some remote country areas may incur longer freight times.
For prints shipped internationally, delivery is estimated within 7-14 business days.
Exceptions for these estimated delivery times must be made for delivery to more remote parts of the world.
Once your print has been shipped you will be provided with a live tracking number, so you can track it’s movements and expected delivery date.
Our prints are painstakingly handled using white gloves and wrapped in art paper before they are fitted into their freight tubes, ensuring they are mark and scratch free and the couriers have been trusted to deliver your print in pristine condition.
If your print arrives damaged or broken, please contact us! We will happily replace it, but we’ll need a picture of the damage. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be received within 7 days of delivery, and must include photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping or otherwise. If we approve your request for a replacement, we will not charge you for the new print, but you will be responsible for the costs of returning the damaged print to us.
All sales are final and we do not offer returns for change of mind.
